There's always the documents case, which he's absolutely ****ed in. Dead to rights. But you are correct that this won't be tied up before the election. The only reason he won't go to prison for that one is in the likely event that they do some kind of home detention instead.

    If it bleeds it leads.
How many eyeballs would "Biden Leading by 8" draw?
    Sniff the air outside

    As I continue to say
In 2020 - Republicans were in denial about how disliked Trump was
In 2024 - Democrats are in denial about how disliked Biden is

2 horrible candidates - but the dems stupidity is going to most likely give us Trump again

So you believe he’ll be found guilty of all 92? You’re very optimistic.

    Again...sniff the air.
Noone who voted for Biden will vote for Trump
Many who voted for Trump will either vote for Biden or not vote
8+M new young voters have been added to the rolls along with their +26 Biden bias
Most of the deaths over the last 4 years have been among Trump voters

The smell of a DEM landslide is in the air

Despite my preferring the Rock to the Cody "Crybabies" - you are way too optimistic

I voted 3rd party on 2016, For Biden in 2020, and will vote either 3rd party or, ugh, Trump, in 2024

So saying no one who voted for Biden will vote for Trump is denial

GOP will continue to run populists like Vivek who claim to be against elites while being elitists themselves.

Going by the numbers today, your premise is wrong. In a two-way race, Trump leads and has since September of last year.

    https://www.realclearpolling.com/polls/president/general/2024/trump-vs-biden

Trump also leads in a three-way race, Trump still leads. But the for me the most important number is RFK Jr.’s 15%. That let’s you know there are plenty of Americans looking for another choice other than Biden and Trump. Fact is most Americans don’t want this rematch, they don’t want Biden reelected and they don’t want Trump to regain the white house.

    https://www.realclearpolling.com/polls/president/general/2024/trump-vs-biden-vs-kennedy

Trump also leads in the five-way race. There you have 17% of all Americans stating they’ll vote for someone other than Biden and Trump.

    https://www.realclearpolling.com/po...24/trump-vs-biden-vs-kennedy-vs-west-vs-stein

In the generic congressional ballot, the republicans have the lead there also. But their lead is so small, it translates into either major party gaining or losing 5-8 seats.

    https://www.realclearpolling.com/polls/state-of-the-union/2024/generic-congressional-vote

The senate, the democrats have driven Manchin out. The democrats wanted to be rid of Manchin, so they got their wish. West Virginia is a goner, Ohio and Montana two other democratic held seats are a pure tossup. The GOP will gain at least one seat, possibly as many as 3. With only a one seat gain, the senate is tied 50-50, if the GOP then wins either Montana or Ohio or both, the republicans will control the senate.

    Sure you did.
    Sure you voted for Biden
    Now you want Trump
    BECAUSE
Trump has shown over the last 3 years how much he deserves your vote.
    Suuuuuuuuuure ;);)

No, I want a competent government that won't continue destroying this country. Zero chance of that happening

I don't interact with posters who as part of their delusions call other poster liars, so no point in further interaction with you

You clearly play on the fringes of partisanship. I don't.

I have been hearing for 40 years how the GOP is going to simply fail. Hasn't happened.

Here is a news flash MSNBC and Salon.com isn't telling you because they like to feed your frenzy for ratings. The GOP is far larger than Trump.

Back in April/May 2020, I confidently predicted; “Biden will defeat Trump”

Main reason; Trump’s mouth mismanaged Covid

    However, November 5th, 2024……?????

In March of 2020 Biden trailed Trump by 4 points.

    If it bleeds it leads.
A poll that shows Biden up by 5% is boring
A poll Showing Trump up by 2 is a threat.

And all one need do to get those eyeballs in adjust the poll parms.

2004...A National Party no More...That wasn't DEMS he was talking about
2014...Rep. Greg Walden of Oregon, the chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee, proclaimed Wednesday that Republicans may have built a "hundred-year majority" in the House. "We're as back to a majority as any of us have seen in our lifetimes. It may be a hundred-year majority," he said.

Then you should be able to answer my question easily.

    What happens after Trump?

On 13 Mar 2020 Biden was 6.3 points ahead of Trump. 50.7 to 44.4. From Nov 2019 until election day 2020, Biden never trailed Trump. There were 14 polls conducted in Mar 2020, Biden led in all 14.

But you’re so sure he’s going to prison. Surely you must have an idea which of the 1-92 will land him in prison!!! Care to share your opinion on which ones it will be???

List possibilities is not living in a fantasy. Your list is valid and realistic.
he only other option that comes to mind is : If he wins..... he might do something drastic to enable emergency powers and take on a more authoritarian role. This could lead to adjustments to the constitution, where he could confine to be in that role for longer. I mention this primarily because I don't underestimate his ability to manipulate the people and the system to achieve what HE wants. What HE wants is not for the nation...but for himself. We have seen and leanred that one cannot underestimate his ability to be destructive and anti democratic. Hopefully the checks and balances will provide the necessary boundaries . OTOH just as following the last election, hewon't go away. He needs the public to give him the attention that he craves.

BUT...........it will be a big relief not to be hearing from and about him to the point of saturation AT

This i s one person one CANNOT trust at all.

He is already talking about cutting social security.

Good points. Do you think he will actually stay out of the limelight and influencing politics?? He did not stop after he LOST last time and in a very overbearing aggressive way.

Probably. But we might have to do a fair bit of damage control AFTER TRUMP.
