BTW Birx herself admits in her book that the books were cooked with regard to the modeling leading to their recommendation for lockdowns. The recommendations for lockdowns given to Trump were based on Birx et. al. not telling the truth but instead acting with the "knowledge" that they were correct. They were not correct.

There were no hospitals over capacity. The mistakes were made by the governors and hospital administrators who were making a lot of money off of covid cases, hosptializations, ventilations, and remdesivir.
