I haven't done it recently, but I reviewed the evidence, and it was pretty clear the vaccines were safe enough to justify using, given the virulence of the disease, during the pandemic. Now? Still safe, but less of a big deal.

 

If you are at high risk to the body’s response ti covid then get vaccinated. If not covid is not a threat to your health. You don’t need to chance a bad reaction to the vaccine. But it is your choice.

The 30 days was recommended by Birx and Fauci. Birx admits in her book that the 30 day recommendation was based on a dishonest claim of what the models showed. It was certain governors who extended that in their states.
