Of course you are mexicans but at the same time I see a proportion of you as europeans. That's not hard to understand. The point I was making is that, let's say Joaquin Guzman for example, I see him as somebody who has european ancestry as opposed to say African or Asian ancestry, pretty simple really. The only real american in my eyes are the ones who claim Indigenous ancestry over european ancestry.

ok but how does ancestry from many many many moons ago give you the idea that Mexico is run by spaniards? to tell you the truth Mexicans dont have a difinitive bloodline, hell there are mexicans that are part honduran,spaniard and native bloods, but they are still Mexicans cus they were born and raised in Mexico.

mexicans can be made up of a many different peoples, or they can be narrowed down to 2 or even 1. just because the Spaniards were the ones who came and raped the native tribes dont make this Spaniard territory or all Mexicans of Spanish decent. Mexicans are a many people mixed into one for the most part, but to try and take someones national identity away from them by your standards is pretty weak. Mexicans have their own culture, their own history, yes their history involves others but most countries histories involves others.

by your standards you are saying that the United States is not run by Americans, but by everyone else which is false. we have our own identity, our own way of life, our own laws and a mixture of cultural definitions, but we are all Americans.

The fact is that failing inner city school systems get more money from the State than any other districts! The problem is the administrators and teachers within those hell hole schools gave up long ago and instead direct the funding into their own pockets and retirment funds!!

Rich people are not to blame and neither is underfunding becuase inner city schools are not (*)(*)(*)(*)ing underfunded. That is a complete and total MYTH.

I promise that you cannot find the numbers that back up your assertion because they don't exist. Inner city schools are not underfunded by any means.
