You know who's keeping Kanye down??

The Black man.... and women.... and youth..... and Gramma's

    https://www.nme.com/news/music/kanye-west-is-polling-at-two-per-cent-with-black-voters-2727028

Somehow, he's losing to somebody named "No Opinion"... I don't know what Mr. Opinion's platform is, but it's clearly drawing lots of support... I'll have to read up on this guy....

    Racists, all if them!
    Except the 2% of course.

It's hard to avoid. Racism is everywhere.

    Very true.

There is also "nothing stopping people from writing" in the name of Bat Boy (or anyone else for that matter).

Any "write-in" vote will have ZERO Chance to move the needle. None.

Kanye is also out in Ohio.

This entire JOKE Candidacy is reaching it's expected conclusion.

I see the democrat party in Wyoming or was it Montana, I think Wyoming just got the Green Party kicked off the Nov ballot. The same party that got the Libertarian party ON the ballot in the last election. So, remind me which party cheats again?

I'm sorry, but it's now past time to start some legal proceedings against this "campaign"...

Ohio is now at least the 4thd state where intentional efforts were made to fraudulently add somebody to a presidential ballot (Montana also kicked him out yesterday due to disqualified signatures).

I'm not as up on this part of campaign law as I am on Individual 1, but this cannot be right...

    Exactly.

There needs to be an investigation into forgery and false filing of forged documents.

State laws differ, so I am not sure about the exact laws in NJ and WI, but NY (as an example) is one state where that sort of activity is taken very seriously.

Amos Goodman, 35, of East Hampton, former chairman of the East Hampton Town Republican Party, was charged with ten counts of second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and ten counts of first degree offering a false instrument for filing, a felony, Sini said.

LOL... that was just 50 false signatures... you cannot get to page 4 of any filing from Kanye before you hit 50...

I have to believe all states will have something very similar....

Funny, I thought you guys were all about "law and order." Doesn't that mean following the rules as written? Like you like the judges on the Supreme Court to do? I mean, if the original intent of that rule was to be "have it in by 5 pm plus one or two minutes," surely they would have written that down, right?

I just updated my teenage son on the Kanye situation, and he asked me a question that literally blew my circuits.

"Dad, who would win if Kanye was Trumps only opponent?"

I went blank, because the thought of either man in charge is horrifying (one proven, one probable)...

Can you imagine having that choice??

What if it was Biden who filed 59 seconds late. I bet you would not be so forgiving. You would say "late is late, whether one second or one minute or hour". "The law is the law".

If I was a fan of Trump, why would I make a post about only having bad choices on the ballot? In Nov, I will be voting for Jo.

Did I refer to you? I did not think so.

Ok just checked and I did. Sorry but I disagree that there is not much difference between Joe and Donnie. Joe has integrity Donnie has none. Joe serves the nation over Party or self. Donnie serves himself.

Actually, if VP Biden we're 59 seconds late I'd crack a joke about how he spend the entire day looking for his car keys but they were in his pocket the whole time and then I'd say ok now let the man register its 59 freakin seconds.

Where is this "you guys" dig coming from? The election commission that made this ruling was bi-partisan and I'm an Independent.

Im voting Trump. But Kanye would make a better president than any gun banner by the simple virtue that he supports The People accessing the means to protect themselves.

Seriously, I mainly oppose things like global authortarian collectivism because the global authoritarian collectivists don't want us to be able to fight our way back out of it if it goes wonky.

Kanye at least doesnt want us defenseless, and thats miles ahead of all the arguably beneficial things the left want us to not be able to ultimately reverse by force if necessary.

Kanye isn't trying to make us all into prey.

That really isn't a ringing endorsement. He won't ban guns. But the truth is, the Dems don't want to ban guns either. Gun control is not gun banning.

Lol, that what they claim, sure. Try to nail them down on how much gun control is too much, then come back and explain it to me, because very few of them have any line in the sand on it whatsoever. They want as much gun control as we'll let them have, which will be total control (no different from a ban) if trends continue long enough.

Why were guns not banned, then, in the Obama era? What will be different in a Biden era?

    Not enough political support.

Whats your line in the sand on gun control? How much is too much?
