Guess I never knew people could feel so safe in Southeast DC, or Chicago, or NYC.

The liberal solution to crime. Prevent honest citizens from being armed. Let criminals out on little or no bail. And prevent the police from arresting criminals.

The liberal gun banning plans of course don't take guns away from Michale Bloomberg, prevent PMCs like Blackwater from using AR-15s to protect the homes of the rich after Katrina type events, and so forth.

They can legislatively do that, but that certainly won't fix anything. This latest shooting, the shooter git through a side door, in TX the shooter got through an unlocked door too. Seems they can do a better job of securing the building, that along with some surveillance would go a long way in securing the children.

You would be wrong. Someone on your side of the political spectrum has already pointed out that the education and income levels in Vermont are higher.

So if you have a problem with that you should probably take it up with the poster that said it

You just said the quiet part out loud: gun ownership rates are irrelevant to gun crime rates.

Keep telling us to repeal the 2nd amendment.

We can move the telephoto around to make points for either side. In the end, every criminal that wants a gun has one already. Gun laws provide them with easy victims.

You can't and you won't. But just keep thinking about it if it makes you feel better.
