    We will try it again, no one can recite a prayer in certain circumstances, regardless of who enforces it, it is a restriction on freedom of religion, and as you said, "doesn't cause harm," meaning the freedom to print what you want is restricted, not absolute

    Tell us the law prohibiting prayer in public.

    Murder is illegal. So there. Guns are regulated.

    Guns are already regulated, just like any other right. The gun control laws are unconstitutional.

    Well you got one thing right, "just like any other right," and how can regulating guns be unconstitutional when America has always regulated guns, even the Founders knew Constitutional rights weren't absolute. Rights are based upon reason, not desire

    Maybe you should have asked a solid question then. For instance the gov cannot force citizens to house soldiers.

    What does this have to do with my question?

    I asked where does it state in the constitution that nullifies rights based on the private ownership of the property?

    Like I said, murder is illegal. So, there's your gun regulation. You can't shoot a gun haphazardly, that might endanger others. Another regulation.

    However, just like the government can't place one single regulation on my practice of religion on my private property, the government can't tell me what guns I can and cannot own and I don't have to get a permit to own them.

    That just states that all things not mentioned in the constitution goes to the people — the second amendment is directly mentioned.

    "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people"

    That’s not what I asked either. All I stated was the airlines are private property and can decide if people can carry guns on their property. You can if you check them. I’ve checked mine before.

    And most were in the south like DFW Airport, Atlanta Airport, etc. One, I think in Jackson, Mississippi was a rocket launcher. And the problem is they did not have the proper paperwork for those transfers, namely FFL licenses to do so.

    The Second Amendment is not irrevovacble. When transporting firearms across state lines, you need the proper FFL license to do so. This is in the 1934 Firearms Act that is still in play. And that is the problem. A lot of people not following the rules in order to transport firearms from one state to another. Transporting is not ownership and falls within the Interstate Commerce Clause of the US Constitution.

    The 9th amendment is not separate rights, but it is a guarantee that unenumerated rights cannot be infringed within the United States. We have a "right to travel" which is an unenumerated right. So states cannot create separate rules on driving that would differ from one state to another. The perfect example of the 9th amendment was Griswold vs Connecticut which dealt with contraceptives. And Federalist paper number 84 explains this in detail.

    The 9A says nothing about unenumerated rights.

    What it says, is that your rights don't make my rights any less important. "Making less important", that's what disparage means.

    There's no requirement for FFL paperwork to transport non-NFA firearms across state lines.

    Transporting is ownership. I own my car and I can drive through all 48 states.
