Absolutely, and it always make me wonder why all the outrageous exaggerations and dishonesty are even necessary. If liberals are so bad, I would think just being honest about them would suffice. The article states placed in the "expired file" which would imply the allegation is unfounded and no longer active if it is not active, NOT that an allegation is NOT "un-viewable", "expunged", or "covered up"!

And NOWHERE does it mention that ACTIONS or any of your other outrageous lies are to be placed in an "expired file". Obviously, this simply means that after enough time with no proof or ongoing investigation, an allegation is considered defunct! But it is STILL "viewable" as desired.
