Yes, definitively we live in different universes. If you think that in an apartheid state they had Black judges who could judge White people, mixed race sport teams, or hospitals, restaurants, parks or beaches common to all races, you live in a different universe.

West Bank, Gaza are not part of Israel, Gaza is ruled by Hamas which has is different laws which are very close to apartheid. Do you think a Jewish or Christian judge can judge a Muslim person? West Bank under military law.
