    I often wonder what makes foreigners so interested in our politics. Could it be America is so superior to all other countries in their politics and freedom of debate that they just can't resist to give it a go and stick their 2 cents to see if anyone cares what they think.

    Will it? How will it address the high infant and maternal mortality rate in America? How will it address the crime rates? Will it address the real issues of grooming or distract people from them? What about the economy? Will Hunters laptop put food on plates?

    Easy - our are boring. See how we differ from you is in a couple of ways. Firstly we kicked Murdoch out so he has less influence here. That means we expect our Pollies to actually do work for US not spend time worrying about drag Queens and green M&Ms. We are also a nation of “swinging” voters. Few “core” voters either side so politics is less partisan. Plus I love analysing the underpinning social constructs that do make our nations different

    I know I was just using it to highlight that there is a wide variety of people from all over the world on this board. I know of at least ten other Aussies and interestingly those who are more right of centre than me NEVER get called out for “interfering” in US politics
