Sure it does. When you open a rally calling insrrectionists hostages and later claim a bloodbath will result if you're not elected, in that context it's easy for words to be misunderstood.

We were already starting to improve before 2020. Biden cancelled all that on day 1. If Democrats gave a **** 1/2 the wall would have been completed before Covid hit.

But we already know why they want as many illegals as possible. The next census. They’re just shooting for more seats and more control. Look at what they did. Opened the borders. Removed most barriers to entry. Bring on as many bodies. Roll out all the free incentives that they promised in unison on stage during the primaries. Total cultural destruction and entire regions will in our country dipping into 3rd world status by the time my kids grow up. But look at all the desperate people willing to vote exactly how you tel them to:) It’s all the matters to Dems now. Power and control at any costs even when there isn’t a recognizable country left.

Don’t worry. We’ll have nice walls!!! But they will be keeping out people from where DEMOCRATS in power live. Good security too. That’s all they care about.

We dont have to start with streamlining efficiency. Start with the bigger problem- too much immigration. The govt's priorities need to be the same as The Peoples priorities. The People are not being emburdenned by a lack of bureaucratic efficiency. The People are being emburdenned by too much immigration.

they are starting with that, with more people able to decide if they can come or not, they won't be here for 6 years waiting legally while waiting on a decision

Trump is just upset with Ukraine as he got caught with his hand in the quid quo pro jar

Just not nationally subsidized companies from China buying off our leaders. South America is a big export market for America.
This may be their answer to the free world beginning to de couple from China.

So you think those inner city poor can afford high dollar EV cars, or are you one to believe they just don't deserve vehicles. Crazy times when the left wants to price the poor out of the market, and the lefties cheer. Unreal.

One would have to be dumber than dirt to believe Trump was calling for a country to be in a bloodbath. I'm not kidding, one's brain would have to be 9 cents shy of a dime, to believe his speech about automakers shifted to war.

Where did I say any of that? Did you read my previous post about the BYD EV with a starting price of less than $14 k? There is essentially no ICE car that can be had for close to that price. It's about time that the US auto makers start targeting the low cost market with EVs, instead of only the luxury segment. Of course, instead of competing, they can also lobby Trump for protectionst tariffs. You tell me which of those two options will be better in the long run. Your side is supposedly for the free market, so it should be easy to come up with an answer.

Sen. James Lankford (R-OK) called it the most comprehensive border bill in the history of the US.

There are a lot of EV-hating demagogues on this forum. Makes me wonder if some of them are paid shills.

    Just saying...

Chinese Auto Executive: ‘Bloodbath’ Coming for American Auto Industry

He Xiaopeng, the CEO of XPeng Motors, predicts a “bloodbath” against America’s auto industry with the help of cheap China-made electric vehicles (EVs).
    ......................
“This year also marks the beginning of a fierce competition that may end in a ‘bloodbath’ (or as I prefer to call it, the brutal ‘knockout round’) among Chinese auto makers,” Xiaopeng wrote in the employee memo. [Emphasis added]

“XPeng has engaged in this cutthroat competition right from the outset, thus accumulating considerable experience. Our guts, grit and perseverance, I firmly believe, will lead us to victory.”

BS, illegal immigration has been an issue for decades. Then Abbott and DeSantis busing immigrants everywhere else only exacerbated the issue.

Predictable and redundant from RWers to only and always blame others.

Except that the Chinese eexcutive didn't say what the title of the article says:

This year also marks the beginning of a fierce competition that may end in a ‘bloodbath’ (or as I prefer to call it, the brutal ‘knockout round’) among Chinese auto makers,” Xiaopeng wrote in the employee memo. [Emphasis added]

“XPeng has engaged in this cutthroat competition right from the outset, thus accumulating considerable experience. Our guts, grit and perseverance, I firmly believe, will lead us to victory.” [Emphasis added]

Notice how he talks about CHINESE AUTOMAKERS (I highlighted this in the quote) not the American auto industry?

Funny that you complain about media misrepresenting Trump, and then you misrepresent what someone else says. Now, of course, it's from Breitbart, so everyone knows that they are dishonest and spread pure RW propganda.

It didn’t exacerbate anything unless you consider bringing attention to is as a BAD thing:) It brought the PROBLEM to the doorstep of those CAUSING IT!! Why is it OK for all the illegals to stay in certain areas, but once they hit the NE, suddenly it’s a problem? Mayors and Dem leaders admitted it. But ONLY because it impacted them directly.

How convenient. Bussing the problem in front of those claiming it’s NOT a problem proved it was.

remember when Florida passed an immigration bill they said was tough, they did start to leave and the GOP had to educate them about the loopholes as they did not want all of them to go, the state still needed their cheap labor

"To keep immigrants from fleeing, Florida GOP focus on immigration law loopholes"

What world do you live in ?

    1. Ford wouldn't exist without the government bailout of the Auto industry
    2. In 2020 they got an interest free loan from the feds for $5.6 BILLION
    2. In 2023 the Federal government gave Ford a $9.2 BILLION (this one at .25%)

Dont kid yourself, FORD moved their factories because they wanted to save labor costs. THEN the OUR government gives them our taxpayer dollars to move the jobs to Mexico

And FTR, BOTH dems and republicans made these things happen

Thanks for showing this blatant hypocrisy. I hadn't picked up on that. Breitbart continues to spread lies and misinformation. The sad thing is that every Conservative News Outlet will now broadcast these same lies. And then they become part of the false MAGA narrative.
