Holland is not russian money laundry, definitively. Additional western business knows that there is almost not any difference between russky "business" and mafia, therefore only extremely dumb owner of a mom-and-pop shop dares to wash Russian money.

Negative. Why Russian businessman transferred over $20 billion to the Netherlands? Because the Netherlands and some other western countries such as Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Luxemburg, have created ideal conditions for money laundering.
This is a good report on money laundering.

Really? What about your BoNY? Western businessmen and bankers have a good relationship with Russian corrupt officials, businessmen and criminal authorities. It’s a good and profitable business. You know money has no smell.

Generally everybody knows that dealing with Putin's Russia is like dealing with Mafia, therefore only last "managers" who were since long time unemployed, probably some big corporations or already failed companies still deals with Russia. Normally expat employees demand two or more times more money for work in Russia. Too danger. If a company has bad reputation after dealing with Russia only few companies will trust it.

Seriously? A lot of western companies have a good business relationship with Russian companies. And some western countries are very efficient laundries. Or Russian criminals send their money to Iran, Cuba or North Korea?
