Activists arrested after occupying Speaker McCarthy’s office over AIDS program reauthorization

The selfie argument that many conservatives argue is when they were outside the capitol prior to them storming the gates, literally. These photos were all taken by professional journalists or amateur journalists and shows the violence that day. I bet these photos were used to identify the participants and as evidence of whatever crime they were charged.

 

You’ve seen all the videos of those who actually got into the building right? They mostly looked like they were on a tour. Walking, taking selfies, mostly calmly moving through the lobby and offices. If you can show videos of people rampaging through the capital destroying things, it would cool to see.

 

It is objectively the case. Video already proved it as did love footage. You have bought into lies.

It's an objective fact most literally took selfies.

 

Believe it or not, you can have breached a building AND be taking selfies. Have you seen the internet these days? People will take selfies no matter what they're doing, even if the photo contains incriminating evidence. Because people are morons. So I have every reason to believe the gathering of morons who stormed the Capital building would be the exact type of people who take selfies once inside. In their heads, they were liberating it, or standing up for Trump, or some other shallow fake narrative they'd chosen to believe instead of real life. That's what morons do, and that's who the vast majority of the people protesting outside and rioting inside of the building that day were.

 

Yes it is revelant. You misspoke and tried to make things more than what they appear. Move on and take the loss with dignity if you can.

 

Oh you mean that "one, singular video" that show two officers escorting a protester in the capitol grounds? Did you read the arresting report? No. All you did was buy hook, line, and sinker what Tucker told you to think. Nothing more, nothing less.

The DOJ convictions and plea bargains tell a different story. And when people are in trouble with the law, especially with minor crimes, they take the path of least resistance and plead guilty.

 

I didn't misspeak about anything. I told you how things are.

 

Breaching is trespassing. You can trespass non violently. You don't know what was In their heads but liberation couldn't realistically be the case. Otherwise there would have been a lot more violence, guns, and death. It's just not a rational take.
