Every country has kooks. Doesn't mean they're right, obviously.

American companies don't steal resources. Instead, they bring in the technology and expertise to help the locals gather and process the resources, and everyone benefits.

lol, you are drinking that kool aid big time. The strongmen in those countries benefit. The west does business with them, because they are ruthless enough to exploit their own people for wealth. The people… they don’t see that wealth. Wealth that should rightfully make that country wealthy instead has that wealth extracted to the west, while the strongmen get their palms greased. It’s been that way for centuries now. Look in to India, Vietnam, central and South America, iran, Africa, etc etc.
it is not a new phenomena.

That’s why the Iranian people and Ayatollah Khomeini rose up against the Shah and why the Cuban people and Fidel Castro rose up against Batista. In both cases, the tyrant was American-backed and supported.
I’m with you 100%. And also making sure that Irak’s oil is bartered in Petro-Dollars.
I think you’ve already found the truth.
    You're not wrong.

And you are wrong, of course. Our companies have even done this in Russia. They never complained.

France should team up with Nigeria and any other willing member of ECOWAS and treat Wagner as a terror organization no different than Islamic State or Al Qaeda. Drive those coup-plotting, death-bringing, resource-stealing agents of destabilization out of Africa entirely.

Oh, well then! If Russia didn't complain, then, shucks! I must be crazy!

Oh wait! They've only been at odds with us since 1945...

I guess you must have missed that whole Cold War thing.

See, you're not being reasonable. No anti-America poster I've spoken to has ever been all that reasonable. It's an unreasonable position based on falsehoods put out by America's enemies.

I know what history tells us. The opinion of an anonymous person who isn't a United States citizen is irrelevant.

lol, it so goofy how people throw around terms like “anti-American”, “Nazi”, etc.

How is wanting America to be a force of righteousness in the world “anti-American”?. In America we celebrate freedom and liberty, not the exploitation of civilians at the hands of strongmen propped up by foreign interests.

Capitalism in Niger with "help" from France, made it one of the most poor countries on this planet.
And this is driving Niger and countries like them away from the west into the arms of people who got a different plan to try.

Or power hungry African "Big Men" have decided if they cosy up to China and Russia they wouldn't object as they rob their countries blind as the West would?

Shaka was nowhere near West Africa. That's all on France and the UK. They drained those countries bone dry. It's not just corruption. A country like Niger is still trapped in the lucrative colonial financial system that France installed where the Niger must bolster the French national bank. And they arranged that their coin is pegged to the euro is such a way that Niger is selling their resources cheap for France, while French products are expensive to buy... on purpose so France can buy their resources with a good discount at their expense.

Hence they don't want to be part of those western ways. Niger is among the poorest nations on this planet through western capitalism.

it’s almost as if foreign interests draining wealth out of a country is not good for the country that gets drained. Whether it is China, Russia, the USA, UK, France… it’s for the good of those exploiting the country, not the people being robbed.

fair trade between 2 nations is one thing. But when a powerful nation props up ruthless strongmen that will allow them to drain a nation’s resources for a cut, that is totally different.

Only accepting information that fits your bias isnt being objective. Just because information is commonly available, does not make it less accurate. For instance debunk something relevant in that wiki article.

Most other nations do not adopt capitalism to the level we do, and buy into their states propiganda on why they are suffering what ever it is they are complaining about. The true joke is listening to non capitalist talk about politics, and because what they complain about fits your bias you accept it as gospel it seems.

We support pro market governments, end of story.

It has everything to do with it.
Communism wont save anything, thus the term Russia "saved" infers supporting communism. Stating facts in that context does make one pro communist. Context is everything.
