I have known of Robodoom for about six or seven years now, clear back to the PoliticalCrossFire days. He isn't likely to change, just playing into the conspiracy.

 

When a guy who believes every crazy anti-government, anti-establishment conspiracy theory known to man is labeled as "right wing" then we know that the term "right wing" no longer carries any meaning whatsoever.

 

Freedom of speech is and has always been a property right. You can say anything you want but not with or on someone else's property. I can't stand in your house and call your wife a 'slut' without consequences. You know you can make me leave or call the police if I refuse. Does a person's control over his media corporation differ from this?

 

The lesson from the Gifford shooting is simply that nuts exist and they are dangerous. That's it. President Obama's overheated rhetoric doesn't cause murder and neither does Rep. Lee's.

I know it's a wonderful opportunity to remove freedom of speech from the Constitution and liberals are loathe to let a manufactured crisis go to waste but there was no significant lesson in the Gifford shooting. Well, except liberals have no shame.

Well, in America people are supossed to be free from racial and religious persecution according to the Tea Party and their holy writ - the U.S. Constitution. Of course, these persecutions are permissible by the U.S. government /media establishment so long as they benefit the Pentagon's rogue foreign policy.

Again, if the same Alex Jones listener had shot at the President inspired by what lies he heard,
Alex Jones would have been fired. But because the three policemen who died were just common folk, Prison Planet can still go on stoking imaginary fears!

 

This is actually funny. You want to stop a private citizen from exercising his right of free speech, but are probably fine with elected members of congress accusing tea party members of wanting to see them hanging from a tree. Or telling them to go to hell and offering to help send them there.
