    hahaha....Did you check the Roma gypsy population community? Did you check how many stabbings of govt postal workers had occured over the years? LOL

    Really. You can start by comparing the level of crime of the Czech Republic with the level of crime of other post-Communist states as Albania, Russia, and former Soviet republics as Ukraine, or Moldavia.

    If we include Ex YU in it, although it was never under 'Iron Curtain' I'd go with Slovenia as a most successful country today.

    It's a tricky question and in the same manner I'll make it harder to you and say that instead of Cavtat I'd always chose this place ;)

    On a more serious note: I think member AGS and my self already went over Croatia and Serbia economic and other set of problems in the past. Due to server migrations and what not, not sure I can easily lift it up for you to read it know... ;(
