you don't have a right to ban peanuts from a business, if the business wants their employees to get vaccinated or wear a mask, they have that right too, especially if they are the ones payign the health cre costs

but like I said, as long as the employee would sign a waver that the business did not have to pay their healthcare costs or paid days off if they refused the vaccine, that the business was not liable in any way, all for it

fine with one making the choice, just don't make others pay the costs if your choice doesn't work out so well

btw, most corps make smokers pay more on their insurance too, they may add obesity and unvaccinated to that list too
