It serves no purpose to debate you on the subject of firearms. I believe we are both on the same page regarding our right to carry concealed or otherwise.

However I disagree with your definition of brandishing. It has everything to do with open carry. A person can't normally brandish a firearm that is not visible.

I'll go with this: "Carrying" a firearm directly in the hands, particularly in a firing position or combat stance, is also known as "brandishing" and may constitute a serious crime".

Where open carry is legal, a person pointing a pistol or a rifle out of a car or just waving it around un-holstered is usually enough to get a person arrested. The charge might not stick but you're probably going to need a lawyer.

Brandishing may be defined differently depending on the state. Some states don't specifically define the word "brandishing" at all.

My point was more about the CA state law and the Black Panthers. I don't know for sure but I would guess they were, at the time, open carrying and sometimes waving their firearms in a menacing way enough to scare the the public. That would be considered brandishing IMO.

 

This may well be the first time I've seen "Antifa" activists without masks and with beards.

Over the years, I have posted on numerous right wing forums and have seen instances of FAKE NEWS reports. But this forum takes the cake as the forum with the most FAKE NEWS subject threads and repeated fairy tales which have been exposed as lies. In fact, I would say this forum has had more FAKE NEWS threads than all other conservative forums combined that I've been a member of. Thus, it would not surprise me if it is ultimately proven to be another lie.

If you walk out in the street and see 10 people from 10 different countries and three antifa you'll be able to pick out which ones are the antifa because they submit to conformity.
