I assume you would know that Finland and the rest of the Scandinavian countries are not remotely like the United States in any fashion whatsoever.

 

I've had great healthcare all my life and certainly not a millionaire. We have access to more of it, including new advanced pharmaceuticals, and better outcomes. Plus we have our economic freedom to pursue or own self interest which also makes us a great country. And being snarky adds nothing to your argument.
