There isn't enough details to say categorically what caused the explosion. What I hope? I hope that conclusive proof comes out that it was a rocket fired from within Gaza.

There is still plenty of criticism to throw at Israel for the thousands of civilian lives lost. And most certainly at Hamas as well. I've heard Israel will no longer block aid going in to Gaza. That is at least as step in the right direction.

This has been a disaster for civilians in Palestine and Israel. Hopefully in the aftermath a lasting peace deal will emerge that will allow for healing in both sides and between both sides. I think the Palestinians and Israelis will look at Hamas and Netanyahu and realize they need a serious change in leadership.

 

It certainly didn't go well for the civilians on either side.
