Because it's a war crime when they do not. And subsequently they have committed war crimes.

what causes you to champion the side that started this war over those who were forced to react to it? I have assumed that there are two main reasons behind those who damn Israel and not Hamas-Those who hate Jews and those who hate the USA and our allies.
