well using that math, I would bet more than one out of four Palestinians in Gaza are either Hamas members, Hamas supporters or those who enable and aid Hamas. More than a quarter of Israel's population is under the age of 15 and we assume are not either reservists or regulars in the military. 12% is 65 and older and presumably no longer young enough to be in the military. So 37% are not age suitable for reserves or regulars (and I don't know what the cut off is because those over 50, over 55, or over 60 might be excluded as well).
I told you I don't care about 'international law' since it has done nothing to stop the wanton murder committed by Islamist terrorists. War crimes are only prosecuted upon the losers. Israel is going to win. and when they are done, then they can try the Hamas survivors for murder
You won't see it Ron. His/Her other posts in another thread demonstrates a rather severe hatred towards Israel and Jews
I have condemned Israeli war crimes. See? I just did it again. Now its your turn to do the same for Hamas.
When push comes to shove you've refused to condemn 300,000 the war criminals that surround Gaza, depriving the people from food etc etc etc. When push comes to shove you're supporting Jews making deadly price tag attacks. So you say you're condemning Israeli war crimes, but you flip flop right back to refusing to condemn them.
for you. I'll be waiting for an answer first. As well as you condemning the 300,000 Israeli war criminals.
I got a reply, but no answer to my question. While you refuse to see 300,000 people preventing civilians to get access to food etc etc etc as war criminals. Tss tss. Your word that you condemn war crimes means nothing.
I believe that your view is incorrect, and probably warped by our media's Israeli bias. Please do not roll your eyes-- I know you, from your posts, to be an intelligent person, as I hope you recognize me as being, as well. It is almost too obvious to even state, that the American Jewish community, has more influence in American politics, and society, than the Palestinian community. Bias in media coverage has been documented. In this video interview, from 2014, political analyst and MSNBC contributor Rula Gebreal, refers to a study done of CNN coverage, showing that 45 Israeli officials were interviewed on air, as compared to only 11 Palestinian officials. She says of the then current conflict, that 17 Israeli officials had been, thus far, interviewed, as opposed to only one Palestinian. This begins at the 3 minute mark, in the video. The clip begins with the story of an MSNBC reporter, now host, Amen Moyheldin (who strikes me as the cream of their crop) who was shut down in Gaza, back in 2014, for showing injured Palestinian children. A social media campaign saved him. The point, though, being that the powers that be, don't want an even handed depiction of this situation, so we do not get one, from our media. Therefore, Americans' view of it, differs from most of the rest of the world. Your statement that Palestinians elected Hamas, is misleading. That occurred one time, in 2006, and Hamas has not held another election since that 44% of the vote put them in power. Just ask yourself, if a government that enjoys broad support, stops holding elections. Ms. Gebreal asserts that by 2014, Hamas was washed up, but that the Israeli campaign against Gaza, had revived it. She makes the case that Israel's blockade policy had failed (even at that point) because it was not hurting Hamas, but rather helping to radicalize the people, and making it harder for moderate Palestinians (among which, she counts herself) to gain support, and get rid of Hamas. She also adds that for every 1 Hamas member that Israel kills with its strikes, they kill 10 Palestinian civilians, implying that perhaps the disempowerment of Hamas, may not fully represent Israeli goals. More recently, I have heard her give an estimate that of 2.3 million Palestinians in Gaza, about 50,000 are Hamas. Therefore, your equating of the two, is a grievous mistake. I will end with a link to this other post of mine, which I hope you will use, because it contains five, 2-minute videos, from a series called "Whispered In Gaza," which will enable you to get a less stilted view of the Palestinians in Gaza, who are prisoners of not just Israel, but of Hamas, as well. These videos are simply people talking about the political situation in Gaza, under Hamas. They are available on several sites, including at The Times of Israel, and on You Tube. http://www.politicalforum.com/index...spital-bombing.614263/page-27#post-1074487710
whataboutism, for the sake to claim you are condemning war crimes, but when push comes to shove... refuse to condemn war criminals. FYI, there is a massive line of Truck in Egypt, wanting to cross the border.... but Israel decides how many. So it'll be just the Jewish State. Thanks.
