The Jews have proven themselves against the Arabs. They are survivors. The US needs to get out of their way and let them destroy Hamas/Palestine. The Jews have been fighting Muslims longer than the US has been around. Much longer.
And you have already made up your mind that it was a Palestinian fired rocket. Does that make you anything at all?
Except, Hamas intentionally target civilians and babies. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/invest...orists-intentionally-targeted-elem-rcna120310
We know Hamas stores ammunition in hospitals. Why Hamas stores its weapons inside hospitals, mosques ... Nope. The Israelis took time to determine who it was before making the claim. I believe them and not a bunch of illiterate slum lords.
So even though you have no evidence the hospital was even targeted let alone by the IDF you have to cover your bases and make sure you have an alternate attack on Israel? And blockades are lawful instruments of war, used to try and force a surrender before it is necessary to use lethal force. Ever read about how the Union Army engaged in a blockade of the entire Confederate coast and more target Vicksburg and what it was like in Vicksburg when everything was cut off?
According to Hamas, since all Israelis have to serve in the military and are trained to fight, there are no civilians in Israel, just military people which makes them legit targets. Since Palestinians strap bombs to little kids, using the logic of Hamas, does that make all Palestinians targets because everyone there is capable of being a suicide bomber? And how come Hamas has all those rockets anyway? They’re not defensive weapons, they only seem to have one single purpose against one single enemy. No matter what, eventually they were going to fire off those rockets into Israel, that was their intended purpose from the day they were made.
Applying reason, is not evidential, in these cases. For example, it was counter productive of Israel, to deprive residents of food and water for close to a week before expecting people of all ages to be able to hike 12 or more miles, with even minimal belongings on their backs, through 80° desert (on foot), while perhaps carrying their dehydrated children-- yet that is what they did. The same with Israel not initially offering safe corridors of passage, for these civilians whom they, supposedly, wanted to evacuate.
When before has a Gaza fired missile failed at launch and hit an arms cache in a Gazania hospital that had not been evacuated?
See my post #39; then B.Newhart's answer to that, which I produced for you, in my last post. That led to the response, of which you've suddenly become so curious. Sheesh!
I’ve been on FOBs hit by Iranian made rockets. No way in hell they have the force to kill 300-500 people, or collapse a building like what must have happened. A dozen would be a lucky hit. This sounds much more like a JDAM or similar.
I suspect as much, but even if it wasn't, who would the terrorists have to blame for the retaliation?
This is what you said on Page 1 of this Thread: You stated a fact. You did not say you were repeating what some Israelis said or that you believed them. Why would anyone believe either side of this propaganda unless you already had a bias towards one side? Tell me, what do you reckon about a wild idea of mine that we move the artificially created State of Israel right away from from the middle of "Arabia?" What insane mob put in where Lebanon and Syria are to the north, Jordon to the east, Egypt to the south and water to the west? How dumb was that???
That is one of the 2 reap possibilities: Israeli ordnance; or, if Palestinian, then it was a "lucky enough shot, to have ignited a large store of Palestinian arms, hidden in or under the hospital. I am leaning towards the first option.
Here are 10 JDAM strikes. All 10 sound different. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/invest...orists-intentionally-targeted-elem-rcna120310 How is it possible that the two JDAM's in the tweet post by Bob sound exactly alike?
Even if that were so-- which seems unlikely, that the military leaders would not be out, directing, or ready to direct, their soldiers, when the looming Israeli invasion begins-- this would definitely not meet international standards of law, to judge the destruction of a civilian hospital, with all those civilian casualties, to be in conformance with the principle of proportionality. IOW, the military advantage of such a strike, would fail to impart such a significant benefit, to justify it.
It looks like support for Israel in America will not last much longer. The younger generation do not share the same worldview as their grandparents.
I call BS. That would be a hell of a lucky hit. These rockets basically explode on impact throwing shrapnel around. They wouldn’t have much penetration capability at all.
Right-- I'd concurred, this was not conclusive. Nor has any evidence been, on the other side. Though, actually, some evidence that Kelso supplied, through The Times of Israel, that was supposed to be evidence of a Palestinian source for the rocket, looks to point more toward the Israelis, to my mind.
I am very biased towards murderous terrorists. A poll was taken showing 75% of Palestinians support their terrorist government leaving 25% who don’t approve but are still Jew haters too.
