Call whatever you like. Hamas has a long history of storing ammunition in hospitals, and there's no evidence that much penetration would be required to detonate poorly stored ammunition.

Oh, Israel's leadership has not been known to lie-- even to us? Is that your ridiculous idea of how we should act, in the world: credulously believe anything our allies say, and treat the rest as lies? I am not taking such a stupid tack, as basing my judgement, on whose word is more trustable. Also, I should point out, there are a lot more, who are pointing to Israel, than simply Hamas-- including news agencies.

I am basing my opinion on facts, and logical deduction. Also, it should be noted, that my OP, which is what you'd quoted-- though apparently hadn't read (or at least did not understand, correctly)-- did not offer a judgement, one way, or the other (due to lack of hard facts). If you want me to credit your rantings, as worth consideration-- perhaps you could prove, in your "replies," that you are least able to read.

 

My office memorabilia includes two artillery shell casings from my own experience. Poorly stored ammunition requires little tearing through to be detonated.

Looks like the opposite to me. The young are smart enough to know that hate is a waste of time and energy. There is no reason to hate anybody, from innocent babies to hardened terrorists. All hate does is make peace more difficult to achieve.

The point is that I know about ammunition.

 

We don't even know if anything was stored at all at this hospital. It is all just speculation. And if it is a large hospital like it sounds like it was, It would be built a hell of a lot stronger than one of those little rockets could hit hard. I doubt they store their weapons right by the window where it is easily seen. More likely somewhere deeper in the building out of sight of any prying israeli informants eyes. If there was anything there at all, which I doubt.

Sloppy storage would be fully consistent with the Palestinians' 75 year history of military incompetence.
And don't kid yourself about the structural soundness of Gaza buildings.

 

OMG-- calling dead civilians, "collateral damage," is not a free pass. There are standards that international law uses, which Israel does not follow. There is no way that the military advantage of destroying this target, could possibly justify not only these hundreds and hundreds of civilian deaths, but of a civilian hospital, as well. There aren't many of those, in Gaza City.
