I am doubtful that many Americans would support war with Russia over Ukraine. Although I think it may take a few more years for American public in general to figure out that Ukraine is in a fight they cannot possibly win and America is just forestalling the inevitable by propping them up financially and materially.

I hope Ukraine wins, but it will take a miracle or direct allied involvement in the war which is not going to happen.

Putin understands that diversity is a problem. Putin has stated that you can't force people to live and be like Russians if they aren't Russian. This is the problem in "the ukraine" with the Bandera Poles (ethnic ukrainians) and the ethnic Russians living in the part of Russia renamed "the ukraine" by Lenin.
