Article II of the US Constitution allows POTUS to do as he pleases with troops. The WPA has never been obeyed by either Congress or POTUS. It is superfluous. Nobody obeys it, just like they don't obey USC.

Most in the US are so well brainwashed to fear and hate Putin that they are currently undergoing a crisis of sorts related to cognitive dissonance. They are busy rationalizing how it is that the Russin victory in Donbas has not led to Russia invading Europe. Slow thinkers they are, if they think at all. Mostly they just regurgitate falsehoods promoted by MSM

 

Unfortunately, this is the case. But let's hope that in the end they will be able to learn to think independently, but not to quote the Western media, which even American presidents call fake news.
