It could be that it does implicate the police and someone is afraid that revealing this would only lead to more reactionary violence. Or, as ChiCowboy has indicated, the reason could be far more pedestrian than that.

We know four things about Michael Brown
    1) He tried to assault a cop and get his gun; and the cop killed him to save his own life
    2) He robbed a convenience store and assaulted the clerk
    3) He has a juvenile record, but there are no class A or class B felonies in the record
    4) Lastly, we know the media have filed FOA and demanded to see that juvenile record, but the courts have not decided if they will open the file or not.

Hopefully this case will be a career ender for her, relegated to defending DUI cases.

It pretty much that this "case" is about to degenerate into a huge lie like the "hands up dont shoot" huge lie. The Att Gen is letting racism get in the way of the law.

There was a rumor or scuttlebutt that surfaced during the height of this new
hate cop meme that in fact Freddie Gray had been involved in some car accident
and had a lawsuit pending and was set to settle the lawsuit.Meaning he
had an injury,I believe a spine injury and it may have been serious enough to
warrant a back brace and on doctor's orders TO REST.
Maybe that Autopsy shows a previous back injury serious enough that
Freddie Gray shouldn't have been out and about but resting.
I bet that's it.That rumor was true.Gray was injured way before any cop
or cops decided to haul his drug-dealin butt into that van.
That would also mean a cover-up had to take place. That someone
    covered-up that insurance lawsuit.
That also explains the Unconstitutional attempt by Mosby to seek a
gag order on the Defense lawyers. Those Defense lawyers have damning
evidence of a corrupt prosecution led by Mosby.Meaning her ass could
    wind up in jail.

If you don't understand why keeping the autopsy in the evidence locker until after the arraignment is a big deal, you don't understand what is going on here.

Right wing media has been playing to the bigots for some time now, and anything that gets them ranting about race is something that the blogs all want to feature.

Google this story and you won't find a single reference that isn't right wing trash media.

    This is a non story.

It's pretty significant from the standpoint that I don't see how public knowledge of the autopsy could sway the jury pool. Primarily, it was neglectance that caused the death of Freddie Gray, all the autopsy would show is the injuries sustained in his death. If she had a case as a prosecutor, the autopsy would be a powerful blow. And yet, she doesn't want it publicly released?

I happen to agree with others, there's something that autopsy shows that could possibly endanger the prosecution's case, and that's not something they want shown until the trial's underway and they can think of some ways to counteract whatever the defense is likely to bring.

Yes, but my point still stands. The HuffPost piece does not make the baseless claim that anything is imploding, nor does it play to the sentiments of the many bigots on this thread.

"Either way, Mosby has had no problem trying this case in the media and has no commitment to a fair and impartial process. The only reason to hide this information is to try and suppress as much of it as possible later in court."
When she thought it benefitted her, Marilyn Mosby had no problems publicly trying the case.

Now she seems to feel differently. It doesn't look good for the people that defend the worst elements in society and go after police.

And when will prosecutors start to go after people like Ibrahim Rahim, who said that police shot his brother in the back while he was on the phone with their father, when video of the killing showed a very different case (Rahim
lunged at police with a large military style knife). http://www.cnn.com/2015/06/02/us/boston-police-shooting/

Nothing but your opinion. Both articles DO discuss what you claimed was made up... Have a nice day.. Oh and a reminder posters are not the topic no matter how much you want to discuss "bigots".

"The move is the latest effort by Mosby's office to restrict information in the high-profile case."

Looks like they DO discuss it... Again have a good day ;)

And you base this claim on what, exactly??????

Posters are frequently the topic here, and the bigotry on this thread is self evident.

All that and the Huffington Post does cover what you claimed they did not. I have no interest in your witch hunt for bigots take it up with someone else. I prefer discussing the topic. Try it sometime.

But wouldn't one of your other favorite go-to's like Stormfront or AmericanRenaissance have given this story better legs?

    That is simply not true.

The Huffpost and Reuters pieces are almost identical. The only facts involved are Ms Mosby's motion, and the resonse from one of the attorneys for one of the police officers.

Front Page openly editorialized about it (even in the headline), and have most of the other right wing blogs that have worked this line. The claim that Mosby is "desperately fighting" in order to promote a false meme.

The game in right wing media here is obvious. They want to play to the racist element by bringing up the fact that the autopsy is not in the public domain, as it had been in the Ferguson case.

The difference is, that in Ferguson no one was charged. In Baltimore, six people have been charged and the Grand Jury has handed down indictments. Normally, evidence is preserved until trial in those cases.

In Ferguson, the objective was NOT to have a trial, so the prosecutor conducted a one man show trial in front of the Grand Jury.

I did not bother with the Daily News. It's Rupert Murdoch's tabloid, and is well known for inflammatory rhetoric and baiting of all sorts.

She is trying to block evidence. Your thoughts on the sources provided are moot and i could care less what you think about them.

I've no interested in attacking Cid. He's my old buddy. It would just be nice if he could use a credible news source such as Yahoo from time to time.
