    Didn't suggest it was.. but the column went straight to race -- or did you miss it?

    Obama introduced himself to the nation as the son of black and white parents. He has gone back and forth between Christianity and Islam like a philanderer in a bar.

    Now he has added a third religion and race to complete his identity politics trinity.

    And what does any of this have to do with a states attorney trying to hide an autopsy report?

    Where exactly do you see racism in that statement?

    Can you point out anything in the article that is criticizing any particular race? Is simply mentioning the word "race"...racism to you?

    You still have not answered my question of what this has to do with the thread topic?

    It's always a racial thing. It makes no difference what the truth is. Black is good and white is bad. And if there's no white handy then the founding fathers will do.

    Semites are most certainly a race. Often clumped in with whites; but definitely a race. Most of us Jews are mutts now though. I am three quarters Ashkenazi but AncestryDNA.com says only 8% of my DNA comes from the Middle East. But my brother in Tel Aviv is a good example - he married a gal who's family has been in that area for 600 years. She must have a bunch of Semite DNA; though she is kind of an olive-white; and I think the original Semites were more black looking than anything else.

    She is not trying to block evidence. There is no basis for that claim. The evidence exists and is in the hands of officers of the court.

    Prosecutors lie and alter evidence:
    Prosecutorial and police misconduct are often dismissed as just a few bad apples doing a few bad apple-ish things. But what happens when it’s entrenched and systemic and goes unchecked for years? That looks to be the case in Orange County, California, where the situation got so completely out of hand this spring that Superior Court Judge Thomas Goethals issued an order disqualifying the entire Orange County District Attorney’s Office (that’s all 250 prosecutors) from continuing to prosecute a major death penalty case.

    Ahem...

Prosecutors have sought a gag order to prevent participants from discussing the case in public, and have broken with a long-standing practice by not giving a copy of the autopsy report to Baltimore police."

    So yes she IS trying to block evidence...

    That's what the evidence shows.
    Mosby must not like what she has seen and now is trapped prosecuting a case that she prematurely shot her mouth off in public over, and left five Baltimore police officers dangling in the wind because of.

    She wasn't shy about discussing the case before. Now she is...what conclusion should people naturally and
    logically come to? Mosby doesn't like what the Gray autopsy shows. Period!

    1) He tried to assault a cop and get his gun; and the cop killed him to save his own life

    I don't think this was proven...

    2) He robbed a convenience store and assaulted the clerk

    True.

    3) He has a juvenile record, but there are no class A or class B felonies in the record

    True.

    4) Lastly, we know the media have filed FOA and demanded to see that juvenile record, but the courts have not decided if they will open the file or not.

    This is not something you know about Micheal Brown, but something you suspect about him. In either case, it really doesn't apply to the current situation. The man could have been a murderer, but it does not prove he charged at a cop or that the cop did not use excessive force at that instant. It's with things such as this that the case becomes more about persuasion than proving
