    Will Joe Biden be replaced by Hillary Clinton in 2012 on the Democratic ticket? Biden seems to be an anchor for Obama, but then again, Obama may be an anchor for Biden. I think it may happen, although I'm not sure if Hillary wants to be second in charge.

    I dont see where it would make a difference. Clinton was a rubber stamper for everything the Bush admin was selling

    Of course not. President Obama has to have people around him that don't make him look like a nitwit. That pretty much limits him to the senile or the developmentally disabled.

    There's no reason to replace the VP. It would do more harm than good. Plus Hillary is the Sec. of State, which actually gives her a more active role, given that the VP has no inherent powers other than breaking ties in the Senate (which is irrelevant in the climate of universal filibusterism). Obama could limit what Biden does at any time if he felt the need.
    Replacing Biden would only create unnecessary tension.
