Why would anyone who contributes to society be offended by this? If this offends people, then those people don't contribute.

This mindset that people who don't agree with you either aren't "real Americans," whatever the hell that means, or don't contribute to society, is nonsense...

 

Aren't teenagers suppose to be politically incorrect and offensive? it is a process of their socialisation and those expressions are not something they will be proud about in the future.
After all It is a subculture without any message like say in Europe and Mexico are the Goths .

I am NOT worried about offending people who DON'T contribute. Matter of fact, isn't that what really separates liberals from conservatives? Liberals want to punish success and reward failure, while conservatives want to punish failure and reward success. As an aside, conservatives are willing to help those down on their luck with THEIR OWN MONEY, while liberals are ONLY INTERESTED IN SPENDING OTHER PEOPLES' MONEY.

No - they let a group of people dress and act out their stereotypical ideas of SOMEONE ELSE'S CULTURE. Dressing/acting as "Wiggers" IMO has no other purpose than to demean AA culture and intimidate the 27 black students in a student body of 900.

And this was an annual event as I understand it - not a one time thing where "nobody got hurt". 27 kids were hurt every time they did it.

 

No more so than some whites I could point out. The difference is that their behavior is too disgusting to emulate.

 

So annually, you are saying that these 27 black youths were brutalized, beaten, whipped? Their feelings be damned, making laws based off of feelings is retarded based off of the sheer variability of feelings.
