Um..how is that in any way offensive? How does this whiney broad justify a lawsiut for $75,000? I dont get it..Is she saying white people who dress and act like black people are offensive? I thought imitation is the highest form of flattery?

Looks like a frivolous lawsuit....

But I could see that it might be kind of insulting, hypothetically, to a few white kids in a black inner city high school to be part of a school sanctioned event called "Red Neck Cracker" Day....

...where all the black kids dressed up in flannel shirts, trucker hats, and went around "talkin' white".


It might be fun if I was part of that, but I could see the potential there to feel like I or my race was being mocked.

"Wednesday Wigger Day," where white students pretended to be black during homecoming week, The Minneapolis Star Tribune reported Wednesday.

The basic idea of a "Wigger Day" is stupid and nothing I've heard of in my life. I mean there's literally thousands of ideas for what to do for a Wednesday on homecoming week and this is the best you could come up with? While I'm at it, I'd like to point out some things here:

1. 3% of 900 is 27, and of the 27 black students only this one seem offended by it and will probably fail at winning this lawsuit.
2. A "racially hostile" environment, in my eyes is one where you and other people of your racial group are in constant state of being intimidated, threatened and overall unsafe. Based on the article none of that is happening.
3. Seeing as how she graduated already, she really has no say is what does or doesn't happen at the school anymore.
4. Relating to #3, why not sue the school for "Wednesday Wigger Day" during your time at the school rather than wait until after you graduate? I'm guessing its to avoid any potential in-school consequences if/when the case goes over but if it depresses you so much then why not transfer somewhere else?

 

Only oversensitive liberal types would support child rapists, abortion doctors, and scum like Casto, Chavez, and Che Guvarra..but seem to have a problem with this...Hey libs, you keep whining about multi-culturalism..well here is the fruits of your labor..choke on it!
