Bombshell audio tape released, incriminates Trump

The audio, which we previously knew about given that a partial transcript was given in the indictment, but the audio really brings it home -- it clearly shows Trump referring to secret documents in hand, we can hear the shuffling of papers. He's speaking to a female staffer, as I understand it the staffer does not have proper clearance. He admits that he could have declassified the documents but he can't now that he is no longer president. This occurred at his resort in Bedminster NJ.

So, I'm wondering why Smith can't bring charges in NJ?

 

Yep... the documents Trump was talking about... there is no indication he showed it to any one...the document was one of two attempts at treasonous Milley to overthrow the president of the US and circumvent the president of the US in a coup attempt.... classified or not there should be treason charges brought up against Milley... once again Milley created a false accusation Trump was going to attack Iran.... Don't kill the messenger.... it was a false document from the get go made up about false accusations... Milley pulled the same stunt with "Trump going to nuke China" garbage when Trump never even suggesting anything about it...

Mark Levin's clueless. There is no leak. The audio only reveals exactly what was in the indictment and not a stitch more and the indictment wasn't sealed --it's public information.

Besides how many public statements do we have of Trump trying to influence the jury pool? Not only is Levin factually incorrect his claim is hollow.

 

Very stupid of Trump. It's not like he didn't know that the left was looking for him to make a mistake and would hang him for it. He should have been extraordinarily careful to not break the law.

Show us the documents... They cannot submit evidence in court of a person talking about documents without the documents the audio is supposedly talking about.

Something can't be classified or even secret if it's already been leaked, published or even discussed.

Milley already discussed President Trump's position on Iranian attack plans so Milley disclosing the info makes it no longer classified at that point in time.

Remember... The judge said "nothing on the "case" should be released?"

Yea, Trump probably asked Milley for an attack plan on Iran, and Milley pulled the one that they had on file and gave it to Trump. Then Trump tries to use it to discredit Milley like a child.

And yes they are still classified. Things don't become unclassified just because they leak to the public. That's not how it works.

 

Show us the document. If they are going to leak a conversation about a document....

Trump never said it was still classified, he said it was secret. Secret could just mean it's legal to disclose but he chose to limit the "secret".
