Are the penguins having sex with each other? Why are they being called gay penguins?

I realize calling them gay adds something to the story, but males bond, love each other, and even co parent without being gay.

Movies and games have ratings in a voluntary system, it is not coerced by the state. If you can achieve something similar with books I am unopposed.

I will agree that it is rare, but how can you justify calling them gay? What is the difference between 2 males that love each other and a gay couple? (Hint: it involves what they do with their peckers!)

The part where it states that is apparently unconstitutional for the government to not buy the books.

    It's right in the OP

    From the lawsuit

It further states that the government’s standards for the ratings are “vague and ambiguous,” violating free-speech rights protected under the First Amendment, and notes that the state has the authority to overrule vendors.

The book sellers claim it violates free speech and they don't want the customer to decide what's appropriate. They want to do it.

Also, humans interfered by introducing a fake egg to trigger instincts. Humans tend to project human psychology onto animals.

I'm glad I dont have to live in Texas, but unfortunately Florida is trending in the same direction.

Big brother government shielding people from ‘sexually explicit’ reading material......Sheesh. What's next? Government mandated church attendance?
