(a) A person commits an offense if the person enters or remains on or in property of another, including residential land, agricultural land, a recreational vehicle park, a building, or an aircraft or other vehicle, without effective consent and the person:

(1) had notice that the entry was forbidden;  or

(2) received notice to depart but failed to do so.

 

They can be. They can ask them to leave their private property and call the police if they continue to trespass. Or just call the police right when you see them trespassing. It's their own property. But keep in mind, these are CONCERNS, the people helping at the border are mainly on public land. They are just worried that some meannie gun lovers might accidentally stumble onto their land

 

Should be interesting if a property owner allow an arm group to set up on his land and the said arm group ended up killing a latin looking US citizen walking home.

Well, if some idiot decides to take all of the "invasion" talk literally and decide to take up arms against the "enemy" for any other reason that self-defense/defense of another/other prevention of a felony, then the other gun owners will be justified in taking up arms against said idiot. I'm not going to say it would necessarily surprise me, though. I've heard several people, including some on this forum, openly fantasize about firing on the caravan.
