All three scenarios are extremely unlikely, in my considered opinion.

    I post on numerous forums?

I mean, I do, but not about politics. My second biggest post count is on a dick-joke radio show message board. #3 is a forum for owners of GM G-bodies like my 1986 Monte Carlo SS.

Anyway, I don't support "government" positions. I support reality... And many times, as a libertarian, my understanding of reality goes against the government. The War on Drugs, for example. It's not a "government position," for example, to know that Neil Armstrong landed on the moon. It's the position of millions of sources, just one of which happens to be NASA.

You act as though all of your cockamamie conspiracy theory beliefs are deeply held passions, but any other beliefs MUST be government agents. How is that logical? You think you're the only one that could possibly just enjoy talking on message boards?

You conspiracy types are only exceeded in your self-importance by your self-centeredness.

LOL... So you seriously think "the government" pays people to post here, and at every other stupid forum, about (*)(*)(*)(*) like 9/11 and the moon landing?

I am becoming more and more convinced that the Internet is making people insane.

It's actually what the research shows.

There has been some fascinating work done in exploring the psyche of conspiracy theorists and their mentality. If you have journal access through a college or something I could point you to some.

Really, the arguments are so silly at this point that exploring the mental illness behind things like 9/11 denial and the birthers is much more interesting to me.

Why wouldn't they try to influence the populace? How do you explain Silicon Magician then, or members similar to him. He is definitely Pro USA. To a fault. Like Israeli defense. People like that exist in droves. There are plenty of people who have been taught a highly sanitized version of history, so their views are skewed by things.

How does that make people who love this country paid shills? You rant and rave against the US. Does that make you a shill for Al Qaeda? No. Why is it so hard to believe people can have a differing view of the US than you do without being paid for it? Why can't people stand up for the truth without people like truthers claiming they are paid by those in on the conspiracy? I know it is the truth. You know it is the truth as well. Deep down you understand the complete lack of evidence to back your theories and the overwhelming evidence that backs the fact 19 Muslim fanatics belonging to the group Al Qaeda were responsible for the attack on 9/11 disproves your claims the government was behind 9/11.

The hatred displayed in your posts towards the US tells the whole story IMHO. Blind hatred makes many ignore the truth to pursue the addictive fix of blaming the evil in this world on the object of their hate. Why else do you think truthers can't agree on who was behind 9/11? Was it the government? The Jews? NWO? Illuminati? Alien space lizards? I wish I was making that last one up, but I am not. Look into other posts by truthers and you will see that the hate speech usually goes beyond 9/11 and the object of their hate is the centerpiece of most of their posts.

To prove this point, I looked at your recent posts. Several pages in I finally found a non-truther thread about Iranian nukes. Your point? Why should the US have all the fun. Let the Iranians have nukes. Source. Several more pages later I found another non-conspiracy theory thread where you (*)(*)(*)(*)(*) and moan about what it was like as a Marine and how bad the government is. Title of the thread? Whats [sic] honorable about us [sic] military. Source. I'm absolutely not surprised at the contents of your posts. The hatred and venom are unmistakeable.

I frankly can't 'explain' any of the people who regularly post what I consider incredibly biased points of view. Anti-Obama, pro-Obama, anti-US, anti-Israel, anti-Muslim, anti-black, anti-Australian even(who knew?)- most people are "Anti" something not "Pro" something.

Do I suspect sometimes that some might be paid shills for political campaigns? Yes. But I really don't know and in the end- does it really matter? These are free boards where volume of idiocy just impresses other same thinking idiots.

Show your evidence for this claim.

Or continue to dodge. Your choice.

Who is "they" and how would "they" keep such a thing secret? You're talking about tens of thousands of message boards, requiring thousands of people. Not to mention the additional thousands they would unsuccessfully recruit, since not every person they approach would be willing to do such a thing. Not one of those people has talked? No one has come forward to support that theory?

The President couldn't keep a blowjob secret - an activity that was known about by precisely two people - fifteen years ago, when 10% of the population had internet access.

Furthermore, it's an incredibly low return on that very high risk of discovery. How many people read any one given post on a message board? A few dozen? How many change their minds because of it? People here deny that laws exist even when I quote the text of the statute for them and link to the official legislative website.

You just explained him yourself - maybe he's been taught a different version of history than you.

Explain this: Why is it you think all of the pro-USA posters are paid, and none of the other ones? There are no other forces in the world that might try to influence people?

Well, that explains tons. Truthers rarely know what constitutes evidence and have overblown opinions of their "wisdom and instinct". News flash. Wisdom and instinct are NOT evidence no matter how good you think they are.

If you don't want crickets don't make such vague thread titles.. Make a specific thread title about the topic if you want to attract hits.

It might spank the bran but it's got nothin' on oats.
