    ok... who's saying that? Rioters should be in prison. Trespassers should get a fine. Anyone allowed in by law enforcement should be free to go

    She broke in with a violent mob, ignored police orders to stop, and was intent on doing whatever she could to prevent The democratically elected President from being confirmed and installed. She was part of an insurrection.

    It’s fortunate that she was the only one who was shot. That showed great restraint by the police.

    Tucker logic: If you show a video of an accused murderer drinking a soda, that means he's innocent of murder . . . even if there's also video of the murderer committing murder.

    Good thing we already have proof that he and his colleagues have no concern for the truth and, instead, are devoted to telling their audience (which has them captive) whatever they want to hear.

    She was infiltrating a restricted area, past a barricade. The final barricade separating her from the lawmakers the the angry, violent mob behind her was threatening. The Capitol was NOT open to the public that day. And even when it IS open to the public, not all areas are open to the public. This whole "Buh, buh, it's a public building" fake argument is hot garbage.

    The election results in 2020 were very, very very close. OK, don't reexamine the results of the 2020 election if you don't care about democracy in a pandemic rules, er, undemocratic rules election.

    Wish you were as motivated about democracy as you were motivated to find collusion between the Trump campaign and Russians.

    The results were thoroughly examined . . . probably more so than at any point in our country's history.

    Unlike Trump and his supporters, I actually care about democracy. You are literally supporting a man who tried to circumvent the EC.

    so for illegal trespass, capital punishment befits the crime? She was not even allowed to stand trial; punishment was doled out immediately. Are you OK with that?

    Are you saying it should be illegal to use lethal force to defend your home if someone breaks into it? Are you saying it should be illegal for cops to use lethal force at any crime scene for any reason? I call bull ****.     I am NOT "Laughing" about the fact that she was Justifiably Killed by the Police...

    That ("walking through a window") is a Mischaracterization of the Circumstances that is so Egregiously Misguided that it is barely worth dignifying with a rebuttal...
