The theory Trump attacked Syria to distract from his failure to repeal Obamacare and inability to ban Muslims is based on Clinton's example attacking Yugoslavia due to his blow job scandal. Both attacks shared a humanitarian concern, but Bill and Donald are different people, Bill evidently showed a depraved mind, should we presume Donald is the same?

Vetting process is 2-4 yrs with extensive checking. It's not perfect because nothing in this world is perfect. All of the terror activities in this country were by citizens, except the Boston bombing. I think.
