By "everyone" then you are referring to foreigners...the rest of the world, not Americans. OK I just wanted that to be clear since I've never heard of any such ideal that you are describing as a bedrock American ideal, the idea that America is responsible for hopes, fears, and dreams over everyone in the world, and that they all have some sort of right to come here. That's never been an American policy or ideal.

Acosta is considered one of the smart ones and he is dumber that a sack of rocks.

ON THE CONTRARY, HE SHOULD KEEP TALKING, RIGHT THROUGH 2018 AND 2020: CNN Preacher Jim Acosta Should Shut His Loud, Irritating Face.

As Jim Treacher says, the left wants the right to shut up. The right wants the left to keep talking . . . .

Then overturned and completed his Presidency as one of America's most popular President and another President who kicked the Republicans ass Back-2-Back.

... oh and that's right, Civil Obedience is a thing of the past. :clapping:

I have nothing against guest workers where we need them.

Looks like DACA is hitting the end of the trail:

    POLITICO reports:

Ten conservative states have threatened to sue the administration in order to kill off the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, a 2012 initiative that has granted work permits to nearly 800,000 young undocumented immigrants...

DACA, which President Barack Obama began five years ago this month, is confronting its gravest danger yet...

It’s also not clear how Trump would fare in court if he does defend the program, even as an early September deadline to act looms.

There isn't a chance in hell that the District Judge is going to find this act constitutional as an executive action. I can't imagine what argument Trump could make to defend it.
