Bus drivers refuse to transport Jewish people to pro Israel rally

This is about a public accomodation which comes under federal civil rights law. It is not the Jewish rally goers demanding the bus drivers become part of their rally and create some protest slogans and signs for them.

The Civil Rights Division of the DOJ shod begin an investigation into each driver who refused service and the company if evidence shows they offered them support.

Cake guy never refused to conduct business with someone due to sexual orientation, rather, they refused to craft messages they disagreed with, no matter the sexuality of the person requesting the message.

I always have cared about and I didn't asked if they should be fired I asked if they should be charged with violating the law under the Civil Rights Act as they refused to provide a public accommodation to the Jewish people. Should the Jewish people be able to prevail in a civil lawsuit?

Then pass a law that says Muslims must serve pork if they are asked to cater an affair and pork is requested. Pass a law that says a black song writer must compose a white power song if a white group demands they do so for their rally.

What don't you get about federal civil rights law applies to these bus drivers but not to every Christian you have such a desire to try and force them to violate their moral convictions by forcing them to participate in a ceremony or occasion that would violate it else not engage in their creative endeavors?
