    Nope.
Would you be in favor of the conservative parts forming a new state? Or in allowing Texas to break away? Lots of Talk - but they never address the
actual logistics of such a break up. Or the costs involved.

    Guns.

Any armed rebellion in the US would be immediately doomed to failure unless it had nearly unanimous popular support of the entire local community, due to how many of us would be able to mount enough armed resistance to stimy any such rebellion that wasn't massively popular.

No, I would not. California just needs to change and they'll probably do that by hitting rock bottom and realize what they're doing is just not working.

Politics and economics are forever in a state of flux. California does need to change it's tax structure - but it is also an economic powerhouse compared to
almost every other state. It's Seaports and Agriculture supply a great deal of the nation's GDP.

What made CA a powerhouse is its weather and coastal location.

Of course. But how often are rebellions unarmed? The fact is of course that rebellions use arms whether they're legal or not- the rebels just get illegal guns to aid in their rebellion. But in the US, the loyalists, or regular law abiding citizens, have guns too, rendering moot the advantage typically afforded to rebels willing to break the law to arm themselves.

Ancient history. If a smart person moves to CA and invents something special, does CA take credit?

CA ranks 48th in being free, this after many Californians demand freedom and criticized Trump for taking away their freedoms but they never say which freedoms they're talking about.

Libs like to call everyone they disagree with fascists. However, if fascism eliminates freedom, than what other description can be applied to CA?

Your post can be considered to be racist.

Edit: Didn't a gay Canadian introduce AIDS to the world? Rule #1, never have sex with monkeys, you don't know where they've been.

where do you think it took off in the USA-it was in the california bath houses where guys getting buggered by dozens of other men created a weekend immune system where the AIDS virus become more virulent.

    https://www.hiv.gov/hiv-basics/overview/history/hiv-and-aids-timeline/#year-1981

I entered Law school in the fall of 1981: one of my suitemates was the younger brother of an infectious disease specialist from stanford who was working in a bay area hospital. My Suitemate noted that his brother was seeing lots of young men dying from pneumonia by early 1982. He also noted that most of them were gay.

So Why do so many people want to live there???
Not sure Californians feel the same way as you do about the state.

What part is nice? Is it the lawlessness? The homelessness? The drug addiction? Or maybe you just enjoy **** and needles on your sidewalk and giving up your public spaces for homeless encampments lol

It seems more systemic than that.
