Children are Pointless

This is 2014. This ain't the 1850's.

Gone are the days when having more children meant a better future for one's family.

Gone are the days when anyone needed to stockpile a bunch of kids to reap their fields and milk their cows.

In modern Western civilization, each one of these ugly little screaming, puking, diaper filling spawns you poop out is nothing more than a burden on your energy and a drain on your wallet.

95% of pregnancies are Accidents anyways.

Most women believe their most prestigious duty in life is to spawn a replica unit. This has always been the most successful method of entrapping a man in indentured servitude.

When a man reproduces, his life is essentially over. Regardless of whether he sticks around or leaves, he's still going to spend the rest of his life working for money he'll never see. If he doesn't pay up, he lands in jail, right where the State would prefer ALL men, anyways.

Besides, who is so ARROGANT that they believe their bloodline is one which MUST continue on? If you believe in the Judea-Christian God, you know that this would be considered prideful thought, and a sin.

Who is so CRUEL that they would bring another human life into this hellish, castrated, misery filled Debt Slavery existence?

I'm so tired of seeing all these miserable couples and their ugly whining children moping around, endlessly consuming in an attempt to fill the empty voids that are their meaningless lives.

Typically, the families I see all day long are comprised of this.....

1. Tired beaten down father, angry and depressed with what his life has become.

2. Guiltless mother who doesn't even try to look good for her husband/meal ticket anymore.

3. Screaming, bumbling idiot of a child (or several) who cry at the drop of a hat when mommy doesn't give them the cookie or iPad she deceptively promised them.

If you want the enjoyable part of your life to Officially end, then pop out some useless feeders.

Be my guest. But don't you dare get divorced, or regret what your life has become.

You're the one who made that horribly wrong choice. Now hold up your end of the deal.

My uncle said the same thing after he found out the reason his wife was not getting pregnant was because he was impotent .

 

The purpose of children is the survival of the human race and the continuation of the child's culture.

But I do agree there is too much paranoia and too much crap from the child firsters.

Children are not so special that they can do what ever they want and not be held accountable for their actions.

If you want them to grow up and be a productive member of this society, you teach them about discipline and responsibility, and do not spoil them.

This is not a call for abuse.

 

when a small child acts like a brat it is not the kids fault...its the parents who taught him how to act that way...

 

And those are the exact losers that should never have had a child in the first place.

 

Why do people bother?

Everything I've ever needed is right in front of me.

People need to simply enjoy their own lives, before cutting them short so some diaper filler can start theirs.

I've had plenty of opportunities to spawn, and decided not to go through with it.

In general I think you've gone too far!

But you're right that the world won't miss the extra population when a few people decide not to have children. That's what I'm counting on personally, as a childless person.

 

There are some that shouldn't have kids. But if everyone doesn't we've got a big problem😀

And to those who claim a bratty kid is all the parents, sometimes kids have bad moments. Some kids you see misbehaving could be fine the whole day. You have to have kids to understand. Tantrums happen and they're mostly unavoidable.

 

I've already decided years ago that I wasn't having any kids until they're 18.

 

I just wish people would stop trying to show me pictures of newborns. They are (*)(*)(*)(*)ing hideous. If I want to see something that monstrous looking I will just watch ALIEN.

 

So why bring it up? What are you trying to prove?

FWIW, I chose not to have children. It's a personal choice like religion, but I'm not so insecure about it that I feel compelled to start arguments with others about it.

The only reasons to have children are faith in God or because you think it would be fun, or maybe some sense of duty, this is why liberals have much lower fertility rates than conservatives do. They have no real sense of duty or faith and so many of them end up believing in things like what OP wrote here and once he is collecting his social security check without having any descendants to help bear the load he will still be heckling the "idiots" who pay to prolong his miserable life.

 

I'm shocked; your viewpoint is quite foreign to me. If I had to guess, I'd say you recently had a bad experience with a young child, or your memories of being a child upset you in some way.

Remember, you were once a child. Your parents cared for you, at some point. It's part of life, my friend; it will not change anytime soon.

If liberals would grow up and stop insulting conservatives and actually try to resolve differences rather than impose their morality then you might have a point. Until then you're just part of the problem with that little cheese and wine.

Well, I don't want to upset you or anything but it's practically impossible to be loyal to any religion I've studied and also be a western liberal. The west is full of "once a year Christians" who think that being a Christian is like a theme song or something and not a way of life.

For example, you are probably part of a denomination that allows for female priests but female priests requires a rejection of the epistle of Paul and there is no theocratic grounds for rejecting it unless you start pitting sections of the Bible against other sections and once you start doing that it loses all of its authority because it could be taken to mean anything.
