    Once Fool, always Fool.

There are no philosophers running. Evidently you did not get the memo. St. Thomas the A, has said the job conflicts with his daily pow wow with Jesus.

Get out of that one room shack. Wipe your chin of the drool and take a shower. Then you might be ready to see things without the cloud of madness hanging over your mullet every day. Brush your tooth too.

That's right.Christie's message is one even a 5th grader could understand.
That's the problem.it's just cheerleader talk.Like a pep rally before
    a big collegiate football game.
The 'Ol Rush Limbaugh rah rah approach.
More of a motivational tool.Running a country takes courage and
vision.Using all the empirical evidence one has at their disposal.
A Presdient has to be learned and proven as a leader.Even if only
running a corporation.Donald Trump has leadership but lacks
humility.I think we are witnessing the growing Ego of a possible
another Bill Clinton in this Christie.

I'll also compromise with the winning tkt of Romney/Cain--you got the North (New England/Michigan), the South (GA et al), White, some Black, Religious factions (Mormon/Evangelical), both are business men, etc.----the formula to win the 2012 election!

Dude, you have serious issues. Did a fat chick squash you or something?

Did you hear him during the press conferences for hurricane Irene? There was no bullying, no nonsense. He was confident, to the point, and sincerely looked as though he was doing everything humanly possible to make sure nobody was hurt and that the state of NJ was prepared. I don't even live in NJ and I felt better just listening to him. He is who we need in the White House. We need someone who is straight forward. Can he be a little abrassiv sometimes? Yes. But nobody is perfect.

Oh what horse crap. Obama smokes like a chimney, nobody says anything. Christie would not be our first chubby president.

I think you meant Barack Obama. A bully is not simply someone who doesn't kiss the bully's rear.

Geez Louise ... what on earth was I thinking. How could I have possibly
missed this great oracle of a man,and his brilliant words given as if
on a Mound. The guys just a cheerleader. Not to take anything away from
    Nancy Reagan.but she suffers senility.Of course she Likes { probably Adores }
Christie.Someone obviously wispered in Nancy's ear in the last
year ... Gee Nancy doesn't he remind you of someone.
Give me one specific example of what Christie stands for by way of
doctrine. And don't use this jaded bidness of " Exceptionalism ".
Limbaugh started that about 10 years ago_Obama started usin' it
    just last year.
What in Christie's character does it for you.Churchill had great character.
He Loved his Britain and was one of the First Brits to warn of Hitler.
Churchill had an exceptional ability to size up a Man,a country,a way of
Life and the hearstrings of a Nation, while instilling pride and yes, some
prejudice. It's good to have some Prejudice.I'm prejudice against thieves,
    shylocks,perverts,carny barkers,heathens and the like.

Again, I like Christie, but he shudnt run.

His gravitas has been over-hyped and will set him up to be another disappointing Perry...I just wish that they would quit trying to anoint some man as another RR!

Newt is far and away my first choice.I'd easily settle for Rick Santorum.
Maybe Cain.Bachmann ... yes depending on her V.P. choice.
    Perry ... yes,but with reservation.
Romney ... yes and crossing my fingers { he can't win the South }.
Paul ... { i might not bother to vote if the case }.

I have both respect for as well as concern about Ron Paul. Respect because he is avid and doesnt flip-flop.

But am worried that his pride and army of minions will cause him to run as a 3rd party candidate and thereby throw the election to Obama---shades of Ross Perot in 1992....

The fact that Alex Jones is actively out to destroy any vestige of
Rick Perry in favor of Ron Paul, tells me all I wanna know.
Just yesterday Jones basically called out every Republican candidate
as some kind of Republican whore. With Jones it'a ALL Paul or
nothing.I can't stand guys like Jones.Jones is more like a Liberal
than he knows.Liberals act like that.it's always their way or the
highway. No compromise. So if Ron Paul is cojoined at the hip with
Jones and his conspiracy nutcases,I can never vote for Paul.
    I'd have a guilty conscience.

He's not a bully...he says what he means and means what he says. He is blunt, direct, and very easy to understand on which position he has. We DO NOT need a wishy washy president, we need one who will TELL THE TRUTH no matter how popular or sometimes painful that is. We need someone to make unpopular decisions for the better of the country, we need someone who knows how to compromise...give and take relationship with members of the opposite party and opinion. Christie has done that, and he is that person. I'm upset he won't run, but I respect him for making a decision and having the conviction to stick by it.

You may call this guy a bully....I say he's honest, and unafraid.

definately not going to run.The Conventional wisdom has it that he will.
Right now it's a toss up.

With my t-bag loosly wraped hat on:
There is no way I would vote for any person who claims to be a man and has two female names, and looks like Chaz Bono. No offense to the real Chaz Bono.

Things like this make me wonder if anyone has seen crissy and bono in the same place at the same time.

    Just not right.

I'm going to laugh if this guy runs.. he has alot of skellys in the closet. I cant wait to see how *********s rationalize this guys stance on illegal immigration and tax reform.. I wonder if the Koch bros. and the Goldman Sachs of the world suspect that they may have a tiger by the tail if this guy gets elected.

Maybe he was behind 9/11? I mean, nobody knows, right? It's just one of the possibilities, right?

To stelly10: Christie is okay as far he goes. Should he enter the race his main problem will be that he is the Don Larson of politics: Christie pitched one great game when he stood up to New jersey’s teachers’ unions. Now that more is known about his other positions he does not have a snowball’s chance of getting conservatives, and I’m not certain if he can get moderates and independents.

NOTE: One can discount Candidate Cain’s criticisms of Christie as political infighting:

    Christie too liberal, Cain says

Herman Cain won't be supporting Chris Christie any time soon.

Cain told Chris Wallace on "Fox News Sunday" that the New Jersey governor is too liberal to run as a Republican for president because of past policies on immigration, assault weapons, civil unions and global warming.

    http://www.politico.com/blogs/politicolive/1011/Cain_Christie_too_liberal.html

On that same show Brit Hume sliced and diced Christie. It wasn’t pretty.

Finally, at this point just about anybody will beat Hussein. That’s why conservatives have the luxury of holding out for a true conservative. As near as I can determine Michele Bachmann is the real thing when compared to the other announced candidates. Sarah Palin will be the gold standard should she decide to run.

The *********s would never vote for a Republican. Frisco folk are rather fond of BO.
But yes, gun control, illegal immigration, and hey, lets face it, just the fact that hes is (still) swearing up and down not to run, if he changes his mind, he's...what?....a flip flopper?

    He's not a bully? No?
Paul tells the truth, but in a very respectful manner. Christie, well, if BO talked to people like that, what would you call him?
Just because you like what he says, doesn't mean he should present it in this way.
The people he has issues with are adults. He should treat them as such, not talk to them like stupid little kids.
Hey, I am all for sticking to one's guns, taking a stand, and of course, being honest, but not the way he goes about it. He is a bully. End of story.

The more far righties try to vilify Christie with petty comments about his weight, the more America will like him.
