Edit: I take it back. Opposing affirmative action does have one thing in common with the Holocaust: If you believe that whites are oppressed by AA, then it is likely that you also deny the Holocaust.

Here's a good reason for censorship in Germany: less than 100 years ago, anti-semitism caused Germans to murder 6 million people. It should probably be illegal to be anti-semitic in Germany.

 

Why criticize German law or go to Germany to break the law?

Most of Western Europe and Canada have laws against holocaust denial and inciting anti-semitism.

 

I don't see that in the article and I thought he had given up his denial and just speaks of it as not the GREATEST holocaust and that the Jewish population uses it for political gain. Not something I agreed with but certainly up for academic discussion.

At least as of 2009 according to a Google News search, he was still a Holocasut denier. I haven't found any article that says he's dropped that stance.
