Convicted felon Donald J. Trump is STILL a defendant and we should not forget this

In any regular case, any jurist who claimed to have previously known anything about the defendant is very likely to have been dismissed.

There is no jurist in this country would cannot be prejudiced in Mr. Trump's case. Every person in this country has been bombarded with propaganda about him 24/7 since he first announced his candidacy in 2016. "Fair and impartial" means Fair... and Impartial. I don't believe either of those are possible in the case of Mr. Trump.

The jury, were it convened in West Virginia for instance, likely would have acquitted him. Not just because he wasn't guilty, but because of their bias. The charges would not likely even have been brought against Trump at all, if he were just a regular unknown businessman.

I've asked at least 4 times what the issue would have been even IF there had been "communication between Bragg and the WH (or, more specifically, the DOJ).

That's is not the case. I had a friend in Louisiana who told the Judge that he knew the prosecutor, knew the ballifs in the courtroom, knew the defendant, and literally said "he should go to jail." And the court still did not dismiss him for cause. Eventually, he was selected and the defendant still was found guilty of a drug crime and sentenced. He tried to appeal, but all appeals were lost. The defendant was a nobody, period.

Media has NOTHING to do with the accusation that Bragg was somehow in "communication" with the WH or the DOJ

But you have no evidence that the media played any part in the Jury's decision. 12 independent people who, most likely, contained FANS of Trump reached a UNANIMOUS decision on his guilt. Somehow this verdict is "tainted" by "the media"

BUT your conclusion that the verdict was somehow tainted is NOT influenced by "the media" since that is your ONLY source about what went on in that courtroom?
