    I am so enjoying watching the legal system work despite that sonofabitch's threats and incessant lies.

    And this won't be the only indictment. At least 3 more are coming at him.

    And starting 4/25, Donald J. Trump will stand trial for rape and defamation.

    Hallelujah, amen. So. Much. Winning.

    MAGAs, I hope this will be a teaching/learning moment for you. It's not too late for you to turn away from this dud and reinvigorate the GOP before it's too late. Hope abounds.

    You're the one that made a thread sitting here making claims. It's kind of how a forum works you know.... When you make a topic and you make claims to discuss people kind of expect you to put up some more information

    I strongly suspect that should Trump be found guilty on any or all of the indictment counts, Joe Biden will not be pardoning him.

    Yes I did and I missed that part, so it is.

    Good luck trying to prove an alleged rape that's near 30 years old. The only chance they have of a guilty verdict is if they can assemble a jury full of Trump haters. They would vote guilty even if all of the evidence points toward innocence

    And she's been holding on to it for about 30 years? I highly doubt that and even if it was the case that does not prove rape. There's no evidence that didn't result from a consensual encounter

    New York Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan rejected a request by several media organizations, including CNN, for permission to broadcast the historic proceedings.

    A gag order in criminal cases tends to be unconstitutional unless extremely tailored and specific. I doubt the judge is looking to start the trial with an appeals court overruling him on trying to keep Trump quiet with a blanket gag order during the arraignment. But this judge is a bit of a hack and everyone knows this is a show trial after all so who knows...

    Judge Merchan has not yet issued a gag order, but he did directly warn criminal defendant Trump to not incite violence and should he do so, the judge may change his mind.

    Judge Merchan has big shoulders and a big heart. He understands both the 1st Amendment and the rule of law, unlike small hearted, petty, lying, conniving, traitorous treacherous criminal defendant Donald Trump.

    For those looking to see what kind of effect the indictment of criminal defendant Trump will have on the voting electorate, I recommend waiting about 2 weeks for polling data from reputable firms, mostly because of the Easter holiday coming up.

    I suspect that in the short run it will energize his ever shrinking MAGA radical base but will stick a fork in him with independents.

    Wait and see.
