The Anthony Police Department and DPS reports agree that he struck a truck going in the same direction and crossed a grassy median into the opposite lanes.

Police said O’Rourke then attempted to leave the scene but was stopped by the same motorist he had just passed. The unidentified motorist “then turned on his overhead lights to warn oncoming traffic and to try to get the defendant (O’Rourke) to stop,” the report says.

The DPS report described O’Rourke as having “glossy” eyes, slurred speech, smelling of liquor, and almost falling to the ground as he got out of his car.​

I can think of hundreds of things more patriotic than disrespecting America! That is not to say I am disrespecting the freedom of the morons that disrespect the country. I just see them as idiotic! I despised Obama's presidency, but had I spoken up regarding my disgust for the job he was doing as compared to those today against Trump, I would have been considered a bigot as opposed to a patriot! How and why is it different? Kind of like voting for a candidate because of the color of their skin or their gender. Absolutely moronic, but freedom is freedom!

Kneeling for the flag is no place near the top of the patriotic list! To so many Americans that have served and seen their brothers and sisters die defending America's freedoms, it is the most offensive action a person can take. Intelligence says, find another way to protest for your cause, but these entitled individuals don't have that much brain power!
