Where was it claimed it was a vehicular homicide? Do try to focus. What is the evidence that ramps this homicide from a manslaughter to a murder and be specific.

    When they filed the charges.

    Yes that is a homicide.

What evidence ramps the homicide from manslaughter to murder?

Funny that the folks who keep bringing up race are the right wingers trying to defend this murder. How many times have you gone to the wrong apartment and killed somebody.

You haven't given a reason this is mixer instead of manslaughter. Who is trying to defend the homicide?

Depending on the circumstances, I hope that's subject to enhancement.

Even a murder sentence is subject to circumstance. What enhancement?

A innocent man murdered in his home is reason enough.

A clear case of self defense. A small woman accidentally walks into the wrong apartment. She is then attacked by a large, drug impaired man in his underwear. She tells this man to stop yet he continues to attack her, she had no recourse but to shoot him.

IF it's murder, so far there is only evidence for a manslaughter. Feel free to link to any new evidence that ramps it to murder.

You know you just being really really really pissed about it doesn't ramp a manslaughter to murder. You gotta have a little more than that.

We'll see what it is when the Texas Rangers releases their report or investigation. Sorry, nobody is buying that lame excuse about going to the wrong apartment.

I'm probably going to bow out of this thread soon, because I've said the same damn thing to you at least half a dozen times that you have refused to even acknowledge, much less addressed, but I KNOW the idea of innocently of going to the wrong apartment is not necessarily a "lame excuse", because it's happened to me PERSONALLY. For you to reject it out of hand as "lame" is in itself "lame", because it DOES happen. Probably way more frequently than we realize, because it rarely ends badly, and thus does not become a part of our collective consciousness.

agreed that it can & does happen, however , how many people in an urban setting leave their door open, not just unlocked, but slightly ajar ? given this might have been the 1 in a million rarity, by her own admission, she opened fire immediately after pushing through the doorway, into a dark/unlit room, at a silhouette of an identified person... that, alone, is manslaughter and should be escalated to 'depraved indifference'...

I can see you going to the wrong door and then saying, "oh **** this isn't my apartment." and then leaving. Not buying that bullshit of going in and killing a man then claiming you made a mistake.

Sorry but you don't speak for everyone. So if the Texas Rangers come back and say manslaughter will you then declare them corrupt?

Why the answer question with a question? I asked you first then you can ask me.

So if the Texas Rangers come back and say manslaughter will you then declare them corrupt or will you accept the charge?
