Democrats OWN the LOCKDOWNS

Not sure I understand what you are saying. Our local law enforcement is not enforcing any state orders regarding wuhan virus lockdowns, stay at homes, masks, or curfews. What a local government in Texas does isn’t at issue here.

They are just spewing the latest DNC talking points. They realize that lockdowns are becoming increasingly unpopular. And people are rightly connecting lockdowns to Democrats like Newsom and Cuomo. Democrats are the party of lockdowns. If you want to be muzzled, locked down, and "socially distanced" for the rest of your life, then vote for Democrats. They want the rest of our lives to revolve around COVID paranoia. Democrats have no intention of returning to normal. They want this to be permanent.

 

If your business was destroyed, your job lost, your school shut down, your social life destroyed, blame Democrats. They are responsible for this. They've turned the country into a miserable dystopia. And they have no intention of returning to normal. None whatsoever. Democrats will attempt to make lockdowns, muzzles, and antisocial behavior into permanent facets of your daily life. If you want to live in this depressing world forever, then vote for Democrats.

Watching the NFL game from Cleveland last night, the TV announcers mentioned how the state of Ohio was under curfew, but that the governor had kindly decided to grant exemptions from the curfew to the fans at that game, and apparently some other professional sports game going on in another part of the state.

Is a curfew the same as a lockdown?

Are you talking about the curfew in Ohio that the Republican gov. put in place where people can still go out to work, grocery shop, other essentials, and apparently sporting events? I suppose you could call the soft temporary curfew, that the Republican gov put in place, a lockdown.

 

We had lockdowns in the Spring. Who didn't? LOL

 

But but it was all the fault of Dems. Apparently even in Repub controlled states any lockdown was somehow due to Dems.

 

You can call it what you want, but the fact remains that people aren't getting back to work, businesses can't fully open, schools aren't at full capacity. They are forcing people out of their livelihood.

You saying it's not a lockdown because it's not completely locked down is like saying the Nazi concentration camp prisoners weren't starving to death because they weren't completely devoid of food.

The fact is that Democrats were the ONLY ones who wanted a lock down. Republicans fought to keep businesses open, to keep travel going, to keep schools teaching, to keep living legal.
