The charges against Trump were clearly laid out. Most members of Congress and most of the US public agreed he should have been thrown out of office. That was confirmed by the election in 2020.

BTW: Flynn pled guilty of felonies in open court....Read the transcripts.

Dealing in cocaine and heroin should come with the death penalty since they are responsible for the deaths of millions of Americans.

We know how much you prefer your immigrants to be illegal, think the black community is too dumb to get an ID, have the need to falsify claims against anyone that doesn't fall into your cult, and love your rioters. We get it

Its called capitalism. You are free to work where you want, leave when you want, and if you use your own money, take all the the risk and put in the effort you can own your own business and the government won't force you to share what you created with others. If you prefer socialism there are a host of countries you can enjoy the exact features you desire employing but I noticed you live here so theres that.

Not much on historical events, are you.

    We already have military tribunals.

I didn't claim anything about tax mythology, just stated the benefit of equal taxation.

I misspoke. The GOP has never had sanity and it is very unlikely to ever get it. Sanity is returning to the whole country.

I try to avoid big words like obsequiousness as I don't know what they mean
I meant taxation without representation not really being the main cause of the ARW but you seem the normal knee-jerk RW proto-fascist so I'm not surprised you take the attitude of "if it didn't happen in the last decade it doesn't exist".

Being laid out and having merit (your word) are not at all the same thing.
Well, I assumed you would understand the meaning of what I said. I should have said many congresspersons wanting to overthrow the president.........
I know that, but you said "convicted" which he wasn't.

A guilty plea is better than a conviction. No appeals. Impeachment is not an attempt to “overthrow” the President. It is a constitutional remedy for removing an unfit President. In both cases I and many other Americans including over half of US Congressional Representatives felt the charges had merit and warranted removal from office. Pretending that these impeachments were meritless political actions does not make it so. It will be interesting to see if Federal and or State prosecutors will bring indictments. If and when they do, I look forward to reading the indictments and seeing the evidence.

    Not likely.

Trump's lawyers would move for a change of venue.

Only if you have a conviction after the fact. Sorry

Not when you get caught falsifying evidence and testimony for an impeachment scam. They were caught in open court. It was on TV, you weren't watching?

It makes it meritless when they got caught falsifying evidence in both impeachment scams.

If every case where the FBI or any other law enforcement agency was caught falsifying documents or lying in order to get a search warrant was thrown out, the prisons would be empty champ. I worked as an investigator for a couple high profile defense lawyers years ago. I have seldom seen a police report, affidavit or indictment which was not filled with exaggerations, lies and distortions.

A pardon does not change the fact that Flynn testified under oath several times that he was guilty as charged.

That's not invariably true. Yes, many guilty pleas are made pursuant to a plea agreement, in which the defendant waives the right to appeal in consideration for dismissal of some charges, or a reduced charge, or an agreement as to a specific sentence. Even in this type of situation, the defendant can reserve his right to appeal, and he usually does (if it's reserved) appeal, if the sentence is unsatisfactory to him.

If it's just a straight up guilty plea with no concessions by the prosecutor, the defendant has an unconditional right to appeal the sentence as well as any adverse ruling on any pretrial motion.

You love working with all those convenient limited media propaganda facts, don't you. So before I answer, you are telling me you know nothing else about the case.
You don't know about what the FBI officers who interviewed Flynn stated in their report, you don't know anything about Muellers threat to Flynn, you don't even know what Flynns job was or who he was talking too. Agreed?

No, it is not. It is a process of removing a president found guilty of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

I know all of the Hannity talking points about Flynn champy. The fact remains that he was arrested, indicted, had high end lawyers and pled guilty in open court several times under oath that he was guilty. He got off because Trump pardoned him.

That would make him or her unfit for office.

I do find the fear the left has for Trump to be entertaining. They are so obvious.

I am well aware of all the bullshit backpedaling Flynn, Trump, Hannity did after the fact. Flynn was fired by Trump for allegedly lying to Pence. Then he was arrested and indicted by members of the Trump DOJ. Just because you have a Trump University degree in deflection and ducking doesn’t mean a thing. The fact is that Flynn was fired by Trump for being a liar, arrested for lying to the FBI by the DOJ and pled guilty in open court under oath several times. Any convoluted array of excuses you can come up with are a bunch of crap. He got pardoned for his undying ability to continue kissing Trump’s ass. End of story.

Who, Rudy, Sydney, Lin or Dershowitz? I never heard of a Federal case being moved out of the district. If Trump is Federally indicted in Florida or anywhere else, it will be up to the DOJ where he gets shipped. Hopefully he will end up in the same place Epstein was.

It's amazing that an actual former President* of the United States has committed so many crimes that we are actually debating what percentage are Federal crimes and how many are State crimes.

But, the fact is, that he has committed enough federal crimes to put him in prison for the rest of his life. Extradition will be the least of his worries. Unless he tries to run to another country.

Have Democrats decided what crimes they've found yet, after their gestapo investigated Trump?

It's said that most liberals today get the tinglies over locking up Trump but can't be bothered to point out an actual crime by Trump.

If you need to see my "Trump Crimes and High Crimes sheet" again... you are welcome to ask for it at any time.

BTW, are you against Trump even being investigated? Why? Wouldn't that be a good thing if he's innocent? I mean, it will exonerate him, wouldn't it? Or are you just so sure he's guilty that you are afraid "The Idol" might have to actually PAY for his crimes?

No thanks. You're not a reliable source at all.

Oh look, I can troll just like you. What did I win?

    Who's Hillary?

Your lame attempt to change the subject confirms that my question about THE TOPIC of this thread is a clear indication that the last option (ie "Or are you just so sure he's guilty that you are afraid "The Idol" might have to actually PAY for his crimes?") is what you believe. The good thing is that, at least, you're too embarrassed by what you would have to answer to state it clearly. That's something...
