That's ridiculous. A private business can't act fascist, but certainly on a small scale like that it isn't fascism. If one wants protection as employees, they can form a union for protection. That's what the purpose of a union was all about. But the RW side dismantled as many unions as they could and now cry employees are being hurt by company policies. Thats f'n rich.

The definition you offer very nicely describes the current and past situation here in these United States. Government and corporations working hand-in-glove to violate the spirit and letter of the US Constitution.

Benito Mussolini pointed out that fascism might also be called corporatism, precisely what we have in this country today with the medical industrial complex, which includes the federal government and media, delivering tyranny unseen since 1776.
